Key Responsibilities
•
Onboard existing purchasing tasks and ongoing requests smoothly.
•
Prepare and send out Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to vendors.
•
Assist with bid tabulations and supplier evaluation.
•
Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
•
Maintain and update the Purchase Requisition (PR) Monitor.
•
Track vendor deliveries and follow up on timelines.
•
Ensure timely receipt of basic billing documents and invoices.
Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree
•
Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) or MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
•
Previous experience or working knowledge of SAP MM (Procurement Module) is preferred
