Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1.
UI Design: Create high-quality, user-centric interface designs for our website and mobile application, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience
2.
Visual Design: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand assets to ensure design consistency across all of our modules & platforms
3.
Collaboration: Work closely with UX Designers to translate wireframes and user flows into engaging visual designs that align with user needs and business goals
4.
Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes & mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively and gather feedback from different stakeholders
5.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests & user feedback session to iterate and refine designs based on user insights
6.
Design Optimization: Continuously improve & optimize existing UI components & design patterns to enhance user satisfaction & usability
7.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Product) to ensure successful implementation of designs
8.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to our Junior Designer, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team
9.
Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices
Qualifications:
1.
