Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer who combines strong hands-on development abilities with advanced competencies in analysis, solution design, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and communicating effectively with stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities
•
Lead the design and development of backend solutions using C# and .NET technologies
•
Conduct system analysis, propose architectural improvements, and ensure best practices
•
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
•
Mentor and guide junior developers, review code, and promote software development standards
•
Participate in planning, estimation, and technical decision-making processes
•
Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability through proper design and implementation
Requirements
