Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
•
Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines and schedules.
•
Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget to ensure timely project delivery.
•
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
•
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and address issues proactively.
•
Contract & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and regulatory requirements.
•
Quality Control: Oversee work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with regulations.
•
Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to management and clients on project status.
•
Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and manage the budget effectively.
•
Problem-Solving: Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise.
•
Project Handover: Ensure successful completion of projects and proper documentation for handover.
Requirements
Job Requirements
•
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Singapore, working with main contractors in the construction industry.
•
Proven experience in coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and on-site resources.
•
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
•
Strong communication and writing skills.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
