We are seeking a proactive and strategic Loss Prevention Specialist to support business units in Turkey and the East Mediterranean region. Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support to Loss Prevention (LP) processes
•
Monitor CCTV, EAS (alarm), and other security systems regularly
•
Identify in-store risks and develop preventive actions
•
Analyze suspicious activities, prepare reports, and share them with relevant departments
•
Ensure compliance with LP standards by conducting store visits, field inspections, and online audits
•
Support inventory counting processes
•
Take part in pre-opening store security checks (cameras, alarms, tagging systems, etc.)
•
Track, analyze, and provide improvement suggestions for LP KPIs
•
Monitor store teams’ compliance with LP procedures and provide training on LP policies and procedures

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management or similar
•
Previous experience in Loss Prevention, Security Operations, Retail Operations, or Audit is an advantage
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•
Ability to analyze suspicious activities and prepare detailed reports
•
Good understanding of retail store operations and inventory processes
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
•
Willingness to conduct store visits and field inspections
