Summary
As an experienced IT Business Analyst, you will support the successful delivery of IT solutions aligned with our business needs and strategic initiatives. Working closely with business and IT teams, you will analyze requirements, processes, and solution needs and support their implementation.

Job description
You will be responsible for:
•
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, prioritize, and validate business requirements.
•
Analyze business needs and processes, identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions.
•
Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify requirements and align stakeholders.
•
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, and other relevant deliverables.
•
Work closely with business and IT teams to assess solution options and impacts.
•
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
•
Develop and maintain business analysis and process documentation.
•
Support solution implementation through requirements clarification, validation, UAT, and change activities.
Essential Requirements:
•
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in an IT environment.
•
Strong knowledge and practical experience with business analysis and requirements management techniques.
•

Salary Information
Basic wage component (brutto): from 2600 EUR monthly
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
* Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period(usually 6 months).
