About the role
Optimiza is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will focus on creating seamless and engaging user experiences that delight our customers. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design user-centered solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to ensure a cohesive and functional user experience.
•
Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.

Requirements
