About the role
Shannon Rose Irish Pub is hiring Bar Backs who bring hustle, energy, and teamwork behind the bar. As the bartender’s right-hand, you’ll keep the bar stocked, the pace moving, and the good times flowing. Many of our bartenders start as bar backs—this is a great way to grow.

Responsibilities
What You’ll DoSupport bartenders during service, restock glassware and supplies, rotate beer, wine, and liquor, change kegs, clean bar areas and barware, and help keep the pub looking sharp and running smoothly.
