About the role
Location: Charleroi, PA
Position: Utility Set Up
Shift: 2nd- Tuesday – Friday 4:30 PM – 3: AM, with occasional overtime on Monday 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM depending on business demands.
Wage: $28.14 + 0.50 shift differential

Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, as a Set Up Operator, you will be responsible for the safe operation of production equipment using standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include providing assistance in various areas of our manufacturing process as directed. Strive to meet plant goals and customer requirements. Safety is the top priority of every employee.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
•
Setup machinery in the production process.
•
Manually catch bundles and palletize products manufactured by production.
•
Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
•
Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected and notify operators of malfunctions.
•
Lift raw materials, unfinished products, and pack items manually.
•
Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.
•
Mark or tag identification on parts.
•
Load and unload items from the machines to conveyors and conveyances.
•
Help production workers by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding material or tools, cleaning work areas and equipment.
•
Record information such as the number of products produced including writing dates and time.
•
Repeatedly lift to 30 lbs.
Requirements
