Job Summary:
As an Installer, you will deliver exceptional service by installing residential heating and cooling equipment while adhering to high standards of excellence. You’ll work closely with clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction, while contributing to a positive, team-driven environment. This role offers a rewarding career path with opportunities for personal and professional development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•
Install residential heating and cooling systems while maintaining top-quality standards.
•
Adhere to strict guidelines, ensuring all work meets or exceeds mechanical inspector requirements.
•
Provide friendly, accurate information and home comfort options to clients.
•
Consistently meet or exceed company productivity goals.
•
Present invoices and collect payments per company policy.
•
Complete and submit all paperwork and payments accurately and on time.
•
Maintain a professional appearance and respect client spaces by following cleanliness policies (e.g., wearing shoe covers in homes).
•
Keep company vehicles in excellent condition according to Fleet Management Policy.
•
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and service quality.
•
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success.
