About the role

On behalf of our client, an Architectural Design Office, we are seeking a Senior Architect to join their dynamic team.

As a Senior Architect will:

•

Discuss with the client to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements

•

Study local building regulations, urban planning requirements, and other relevant laws

•

Evaluate different design solutions and discuss them with the client

•

Develop detailed plans and architectural diagrams that include all aspects of the building

•

Use design software (like AutoCAD, Revit) to create these drawings

•

Communicate and coordinate tasks with contractors and builders

•

Review plans and make necessary adjustments based on feedback from the client and other stakeholders

•

Receive and evaluate feedback from the client and construction teams to improve the final outcome.

Requirements:

•

Degree in Architecture

•

Master’s Degree will be considered a plus

•

4+ years of professional experience

•

Experience with NOK and Building Permit processes along with Greek Planning Regulations

•

Knowledge of Detail Design & Construction Documentation

•

Excellent use of REVIT and AUTOCAD

•

Excellent use of the Adobe Creative Suite

•

Proficient in English

•

Project management experience, including directing internal team & communicating with external clients and consultants

•

Experience in innovative hospitality and high end residential
