About the company

About the role
We are seeking an Architect to help us design, plan, and carry out our construction projects in cities across the world!
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
•
Apply a first principles approach to design production: simplify requirements, delete unnecessary process steps, optimize, accelerate production, and automate.
•
Assist project teams in the production of quality documents from initial concepts to construction documents.
•
Perform construction administration duties and ensure adherence to design intent, working quickly with stakeholders to resolve issues. On-site construction visits required.
•
Research building codes, materials, and industry guidelines to develop details and comprehensive and constructible drawings.
•
Implement QC measures and ensure deliverables comply with requirements.
•
Make sound, timely decisions, involving appropriate people in the process.
•
Ensure projects meet client agreements, budgets, goals, and work assignments.
•
Professionally communicate assignments to staff, consultants, and vendors.
•
Occasional travel required.

Basic Qualifications

Professional degree in Architecture.
