Job Description:
Your day at Ferring
Job Responsibilities：
1.
Ensure Leads a team of MSLs in order to achieve:
•
Clear mapping and segmentation of KEEs in relevant therapeutic areas.
•
Specific KEEs engagement plan and activities to effectively collect insight and develop KEEs
•
Execution of high quality medical event to develop conception acceptance in relevant TAs (e.g. ad-Boards, training courses/workshops).
2.
Facilitate KEEs engagement and communication for Phase IV studies and IITs and ensures that project implementation on track
3.
Provides timely coaching to support MSL team to improve medical communication effectiveness and efficiency
4.
Provides training to ensure MSL team own necessary knowledge set and skill set
5.
Implementation of medical activities in alignment with medical plan
6.
Answers product-specific FAQ’s from medical and pharmaceutical customers as needed.
