REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITES:
•
Performs preventative maintenance on a wide variety of packaging and processing equipment.
•
Specifies parts required. Orders if needed, and makes needed repairs based on PM.
•
Assists with training new and/or less skilled maintenance and production personnel.
•
Troubleshoots basic electrical problems using various test equipment and ladder logic diagrams.
•
Troubleshoots mechanical problems using various measurement equipment and mechanical expertise.
•
Devises, plans, and completes mechanical upgrades, modifications and overhauls
•
Completes changeovers on production lines by following changeover check sheet and recommends modifications to the sheet as needed.
•
Performs routine daily setup and adjustment of all production equipment

•
