Key Responsibilities:
•
Install, test, and commission UPS systems, PDUs, Busway, and associated electrical systems at customer sites.
•
Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot system faults to ensure uptime and performance.
•
Support service calls and emergency interventions for power system failures or alarms.
•
Assist project teams during implementation, ensuring all electrical work aligns with design and compliance standards.
•
Maintain detailed service records, reports, and customer feedback.
•
Provide training and handover support to customers post-installation.
•
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for spare parts, upgrades, and technical support.
