In compliance with the Massachusetts Wage Transparency Law, the good-faith base salary range for this position is $203,000–$250,000 USD annually. Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity, and may fall outside this range in unique circumstances. This role is also eligible to participate in PTC’s Corporate Incentive Plan and PTC’s Long-Term Incentive (LTI) equity program.
