Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure / Data Centre)
About the role
Job Summary:
•
This is a site-based role for a Quantity Surveyor with 4–5 years of experience in infrastructure, data centre, or similar large-scale projects.
•
The position focuses on cost control, measurements, and contract administration within a fast-paced site environment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
•
Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and progress valuations.
•
Assist with interim claims, variations, and final accounts.
•
Monitor project costs, budgets, and site progress.
•
Support procurement activities and subcontractor pricing.
•
Verify site measurements and work completion.
•
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements
Requirements:
•
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
•
4–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in a site-based role.
•
Experience in infrastructure or data centre projects is an advantage.
•
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
•
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on site.
