About the role
Join our dynamic delivery team at our Louisville location (2400 Brownsboro Rd.) as a Delivery Driver! We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our community. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be the face of our organization, bringing smiles to customers’ doors while managing efficient routes and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work.
•
Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout the Louisville area, following all traffic laws and company safety protocols
•
Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times
•
Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and enthusiasm
•
Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery confirmations, and any special instructions or issues
•
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe, roadworthy condition
•
Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition and are delivered to the correct locations
•
Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer concerns
•
Maintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times
•
Meet delivery targets and performance goals while upholding company standards and values
•
Represent the organization positively through professional appearance, courteous behavior, and reliable attendance
Qualifications
