The Process Analyst is responsible for discovering, documenting, and analyzing MediCard’s business processes to establish a clear, accurate, and practical understanding of how work is performed today. This role provides the operational foundation required for effective process redesign, compliance validation, and automation enablement.Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct and facilitate structured process discovery sessions with business users and SMEs to capture As-Is workflows, handoffs, rules, and pain points. (25%)
• Document and maintain detailed process maps (L3–L4), SOPs, and work instructions in accordance with BPM COE standards. (20%)
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, rework drivers, bottlenecks, and operational leakage across assigned domains. (15%)
• Validate and rationalize multiple versions of the same process to support standardization and redesign efforts. (10%)
• Support Process Engineers and BPM Leads during To-Be design by providing accurate operational insights and feasibility considerations. (10%)
• Capture and document process rules, decision points, exceptions, and manual controls to support compliance and automation readiness. (10%)
• Collaborate with Automation & AI COE teams to clarify process behavior, volumes, and edge cases during intake and solution design. (5%)
• Assist in SOP rollout, user walkthroughs, and post-implementation feedback collection to support adoption and continuous improvement. (5%)

• Accuracy and completeness of As-Is process documentation
