We are looking for Spanish-speaking colleagues to join an international customer support team in Budapest. In this role, you will support customers of a well-known consumer technology brand and help them with product-related questions and everyday technical issues.
What will you do?

Provide professional customer support in Spanish
•
Assist customers with product-related questions and technical issues
•
Understand the customer’s problem and guide them towards the right solution
•
Support customers with basic troubleshooting
•
Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
•
Cooperate with other teams when further assistance is required
•
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience
Requirements
