Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, understand their needs, and position suitable products or services effectively.

Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Manage government procurement processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead contract negotiations with support from legal and finance teams.
•
Collaborate with internal teams such as product, delivery, and support to ensure successful implementation and continuous service improvement.
•
Monitor market trends, government policies, and sales performance, while preparing reports, forecasts, and identifying growth opportunities.
