Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA in Chester County in partnership with the Advanced Clinical Services with the Chester County Intermediate Unit/ CCIU!
$5,000 - Sign on bonus:
•
Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
•
Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable of 25 billable hours. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire with continued 25 billable hours.
Pay:
•
Independent Contractor: $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA after BCBA certification
•
W2 Salary: Salary: $ 77,000 to $83, 000 (salary range is based on BCBA experience after BCBA certification); 10 month 200 day Salary
Schedule:
•
Monday - Friday school based hours, 260 day 12 month schedule
Primary Responsibilities:
•
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
•
Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
•
Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
•
Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
•
Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
•
Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
•
Supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians / RBTs
Requirements
Skills:
•
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
•
Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development.
•
Extensive knowledge of data analysis.
•
Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
•
Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.
•
RBT Supervision
Qualifications:
•
Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program
•
BCBA certification
•
Working experience after BCBA certification
Credentials:
•
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Current Certificate
•
Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
•
Professional Liability Insurance
(Clearances current within 12 months)
•
PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
•
PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
•
PA Department of Education FBI Use code: 1KG6XN
•
TB screening - current within 3 months
Benefits
*The school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA is an independent contract (1099) position. No benefits are associated with this role.
**If interested in W2 salary option: Employees scheduled for 30+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits plus other supplemental benefits.
