Responsibilities
•
Dealing with CIDB/TNB/SEDA/ST/MIDA/MGTC and other relevant government authorities for licensing process.
•
Assist Business Development, Project or any department colleague for any enquiry that require advices from Government Authorities.
•
Collect, review, prepare and compile necessary documents for all project license application, follow up on approval with Government officers, provide technical advices to smoothen licensing process.
•
Communicate between internal department and government officer, manage all paperwork, forms, correspondence, email, letters and etc.
•
Submit and collect any certificate or license at Government Offices.
•
Monitor all application status, track all due and execute the progress to obtain approval. Discuss with relevant department for project difficulties and suggest for licensing application arrangement.
•
Punctually and quickly respond to any queries by Government Officers.
•
Manage digital platform and suggest improvement for better handling process.
Requirements
•
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma. Preferably in the Engineering field.
•
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
•
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
•
Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
•
Attitude: Customer & service oriented, energetic and enthusiastic about dealing with people. Team spirit, self-driven to learn, good communicator, and patient.
•
