About the role
The Hackett Group is looking for a skilled professional to join our Application Managed Support Team with focus in Cloud ERP.
Oracle Cloud ERP Director Job Responsibilities:
•
Provide support to Oracle ERP CLOUD
•
Clear understanding of: configuration, design, testing, and ability to analyze issues as they arise.
•
Support design and development of new capabilities and provide business finance operation and support to client teams.
•
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
•
Support the development of The Hackett Group’s functional/industry practices
•
Play a key role in critical firm / practice building activities, including recruiting, training, and performance management cycles, capabilities, methodology, and tools
•
Mentor, coach, and develop junior staff
•
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
•
Develop strong rapport and gain trust of client base
•
Identify opportunities within existing business with client to add more work
•
Guide and mentor clients on usability of Oracle ERP Cloud
•
Identifying risks or issues associated with assigned tasks; taking initiative to proactively alert project leadership of any risks or issues
Oracle Cloud F ERP Director Job Requirements:
•
