Your role at Clorox:
The Process Improvement Technician serves as the area’s Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving process optimization through improvements in Safety, Quality, efficiency, and performance. This role identifies process losses, implements sustainable solutions, and partners with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and improve business results.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $37.48 / Hour
In this role, you will:
Process Improvements:
•
Serve as the area’s process SME, driving Safety, Quality, and OpEx improvements.
•
Analyze processes to identify losses, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
•
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Daily Problem Solving, A3, DMAIC, and other problem-solving methodologies.
•
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process improvements.
•
Utilize data to prioritize opportunities, monitor results, and drive decision-making.
•

Data & Documentation:
