We are looking for Management Trainees with the following qualifications:

University student or minimum Bachelor’s degree
•
Able to work at least 4 days a week during our one-year MT Program (for bachelor or master students)
•
Able to work 5 days a week during our one-year MT Program (for new graduates)
•
Fluent in written and spoken English
•
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
•
Team player, self-motivated, and result-oriented
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
During the program, you will have the opportunity to:
•
Support procurement activities to ensure materials and services are supplied on time.
•
Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving procurement processes.
•
Work closely with different departments to support purchasing projects.
•
Help identify and develop local suppliers for international projects.
•
Communicate with local suppliers and global procurement teams to support technical and commercial activities.
•
Gain hands-on experience in procurement, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration.
