Responsible for safely and effectively processing commercial traffic from arrival through the departure process.
Responsibilities
•
Scaling trucks in and out in a timely manner
•
Process paperwork and data entry
•
Print and organize receiving documents
•
Communicate with personnel regarding truck loading/unloading to help streamline the process
•
Problem solving and decision making
•
Assist with administrative duties
•
Monitoring scale cameras
•
Work closely with other members in the receiving departments and material handling on a daily basis
•
Assist suppliers and trucking companies by communicating issues
•
Scan, email and photocopy documents as required
