Role purpose:
We are looking for a Senior Cloud Expert with deep, hands-on experience across DevOps, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML enablement, and observability. The role leads the design, automation, and operation of scalable, observable, AI-ready cloud platforms for customer engagements, and acts as a trusted technical advisor across the delivery lifecycle.
Job description:
•
Lead the design, implementation, and automation of multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
•
Build and operate CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for application and infrastructure delivery.
•
Design and implement full-stack observability (metrics, logs, traces) using tools such as Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Datadog, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor.
•
Deploy and support AI/ML workloads on cloud platforms (model hosting, MLOps pipelines, GPU/inference infrastructure) in collaboration with AI/ML teams.
•
Own container/Kubernetes platforms (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift) including scaling, security hardening, and cost optimization.
•
Lead cloud migration, assessment, and modernization engagements end-to-end.
•
Act as trusted technical advisor for clients on DevOps, cloud, AI/ML, and observability architecture.
•
Define SRE practices: SLOs/SLIs, alerting strategy, and incident response runbooks.
•
Mentor mid-level cloud engineers and contribute to the DevOps/cloud knowledge base and best practices.
•
Support presales with technical SME input for DevOps/cloud/AI-ML/observability proposals.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•
6+ years of hands-on DevOps/cloud engineering experience across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
•
