About the role
We are looking for a technically strong and solution-oriented Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to build and deploy AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or a strong foundation in Machine Learning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent systems, and enterprise AI applications.
This role combines software engineering, applied AI, customer collaboration, and end-to-end solution delivery. You will translate complex business challenges into practical AI solutions, develop working prototypes, integrate enterprise data sources, and help deploy reliable applications that deliver measurable business value.

Collaborate with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, identify AI opportunities, and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Machine Learning, LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems.
โ€ข
Build RAG pipelines involving document ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, retrieval, reranking, and context-grounded response generation.
โ€ข
Integrate enterprise knowledge sources, APIs, databases, and internal systems into AI applications.
โ€ข
Develop multi-agent workflows for task orchestration, information retrieval, decision support, and business process automation.
โ€ข
Experiment with LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and retrieval strategies to improve accuracy and reliability.
โ€ข
Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts, validate them with stakeholders, and convert successful solutions into production-ready applications.
โ€ข
Develop backend services and APIs to integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise platforms.
โ€ข
Implement testing, observability, performance optimisation, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
โ€ข
Address challenges involving hallucinations, retrieval quality, latency, scalability, data privacy, and access control.

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and customer teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Document technical designs, deployment processes, and solution architecture while incorporating feedback to improve outcomes.
