About the role
Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist (German Payroll) to join our ever-evolving Global Payroll team within Global Payments Europe and and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
•
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Germany, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery in line with legislation and internal controls.
•
Act as the primary contact for payroll-related queries, providing expert guidance on payroll, taxes, social security contributions, and deductions.
•
Partner with external payroll vendors to ensure service excellence, compliance, and adherence to agreed service levels.
•
Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and validations to maintain data accuracy across payroll and HR systems.
•
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance payroll processes, controls, and employee experience.
What you’ll bring
•
