Task Responsibilities
•
The position holder will be responsible for quotations, reservations and booking of cargo shipments in coordination with headquarter in view of space and uplift guarantees freight.
•
Analyzing feasibility of a freight transport request (nature of cargo, dimensions, destination…)
•
He has to handle customer service requests related to the booking of their shipment and coordinate cargo ground handling actions with the ground handling and/or trucking company.
•
He will have to update details on accepted cargo in the Cargolux System in order to allow tracing and final invoicing to customer

Working Conditions
•
Full-time, permanent position based in Schipol Airport.
•
Occasional travel may be required.
•
A certificate of good conduct will be required in case of positive selection.
