About the role
We are currently seeking new or recently admitted Associate Attorneys (0–2 years of experience) who are passionate about litigation and eager to make a meaningful impact early in their legal careers.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Attorney, you will play an essential role in all stages of litigation, including:
•
Court Hearings – Preparing for and appearing at state court hearings.
•
Discovery – Drafting and responding to discovery, and reviewing opposing parties’ responses.
•
Law & Motion – Drafting, filing, and arguing a variety of motions including motions to compel, demurrers, and motions for summary judgment.
You’ll receive hands-on training, direct mentorship from experienced litigators, and early courtroom exposure, allowing you to sharpen your advocacy skills and grow within the firm.

Compensation & Benefits
$130,000 - $200,000 annually + benefits (healthcare, 401k, PTO, etc.)
Billing bonus: Up to $20,000 - easy to earn!
Requirements

Licensed to practice law in California (admission to the CA Bar required).
