Role description
As founding COO, you build the operational backbone of Synaipse. Our physician co-founders own product and clinical strategy; you own go-to-market, partnerships, finance, and the systems that let a small team execute beyond its size. You report directly to the CEO.
You’re not inheriting processes. The first enterprise contract, the sales playbook, vendor relationships, the hiring rubric — you build them from scratch and own them long-term.
What you will do
•
Go-to-market strategy and execution: identify target customer segments, build the sales pipeline, and close deals with independent practices, surgical groups, and health systems.
•
Strategic partnerships with EHR vendors, payer organizations, medical societies, and healthcare technology platforms.
•
Financial planning and operations: budgeting, forecasting, fundraising support, and unit economics.
•
Operational infrastructure: the processes, tools, and workflows that let a small team execute at enterprise scale.
•
Team building: recruit, hire, and develop the founding team across sales, customer success, and operations.
