About the role
The Key Purpose of role is to operate brewing and related process areas, perform quality control checks and analyses, support asset care activities, and coach team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production in line with VPO standards.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Execute operational tasks in accordance with VPO standards and requirements.
•
Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety procedures.
•
Monitor and optimize plant and process performance.
•
Operate and control brewhouse processes and equipment.
•
Operate fermentation and maturation processes.
•
Operate filtration processes and associated equipment.
•
Conduct routine quality checks and process analyses.
•
Support asset care activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
•
Provide guidance and coaching to team members where required.

Minimum Requirements:
•
National Diploma or equivalent qualification.
•
2-3 years’ experience in a brewing or process-controlled manufacturing environment, preferably within FMCG.
•
Understanding of the brewing process, from raw material handling through to Bright Beer Tank (BBT) operations, including utilities.
•
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and SYSPRO.
•
IOB Certificate will be advantageous.
•
Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
•
Strong attention to quality, safety, and operational excellence.
