The Senior Legal Counsel: Customer, Technology & IP is a senior member of the Legal team, responsible for providing strategic, commercially focused legal support across Firmus’ customer, technology and intellectual property activities. Reporting to the General Counsel, the role serves as a trusted adviser to business leaders on complex legal, commercial and regulatory matters, helping the Company identify opportunities, manage risk and execute on its growth strategy.
Working closely with teams across sales, product, technology, operations, security and commercial functions, the Senior Legal Counsel will support the negotiation and management of customer and commercial arrangements that underpin Firmus’ AI Factory platform. The role will lead legal support for significant customer engagements, technology initiatives and intellectual property matters, while providing practical, solutions-oriented advice in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical legal expertise with commercial judgment, a collaborative approach and the ability to operate autonomously across a broad range of matters.
