Lead major, complex and high-profile learning and development initiatives
Must be proficient in Customer Relationship Management
Excellent coding skills essential especially in JAVA
Proficiency in Core java, JSP, Servlets, ORM, JavaScript, DHTMLX, GWT and Tomcat
Must have expertise in Java based web services, Relational Databases, SQL, J2EE framework, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, XML, X query, XSL, Test-Driven Development
Must have expert knowledge of build tools such as Ant, Maven and Gradle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
