Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS POSITION:
•
Analyze item and category performance to identify demand drivers and market trends.
•
Collaborate with relevant departments to align demand forecasts with business needs and market conditions.
•
Monitor forecast performance, identify deviations and drive continuous improvements in forecast accuracy.
•
Optimize settings in the automated planning system (BlueYonder) to reflect actual demand.
•
Develop and implement action plans to improve forecasting processes and planning efficiency.
•
Collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Operations and Supply Planning teams to ensure forecast alignment.
•
Identify demand planning risks and implement mitigation actions to improve product availability and inventory performance.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:
• 1 year of experience in analysis and planning.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in analytical tools.
• Strong English skills (B2 or higher).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational skills and proactiveness.
• Adaptability and ability to build trust with colleagues and partners.
• Commitment to quality and continuous learning.
