Job Description
•
Welcome and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner
•
Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
•
Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient inquiries
•
Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations when needed
•
Collect co-pays, balances, and payments
•
Enter and update patient information accurately in EMR
•
Confirm appointments and manage daily schedules
•
Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff
•
Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
•
1+ year medical front desk or receptionist experience preferred
•
Dermatology or specialty practice experience a plus
•
Strong customer service and communication skills
•
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•
Basic computer and EMR experience preferred

Schedule:

Full-time

Monday – Friday

No weekends
