Prudential is strengthening its enterprise IT Asset Management capabilities to improve compliance, operational resilience, and lifecycle accountability across technology hardware and software.
Reporting to the Director, Technology Asset Management & Governance, the IT Asset Management Lead will execute and optimize enterprise ITAM processes, maintain reliable asset data, support risk and compliance activities, and partner across teams to drive measurable improvements in asset lifecycle management.

What you will Do
•
Execute IT asset lifecycle processes from acquisition through retirement in partnership with asset owners.
•
Maintain accurate asset records aligned to enterprise standards.
•
Support software license compliance, renewals, audits, and optimization.
•
Partner with asset owners to track and remediate lifecycle risks, including End-of-Life and End-of-Support exposure.
•
Resolve asset data quality issues and improve overall data reliability.
•
Support hardware asset tracking, governance, and secure disposal.
•
Execute ITAM controls and provide evidence for audit, risk, and compliance needs.
•
Develop reporting on asset posture, compliance, lifecycle health, and remediation progress.
•
Identify and implement improvements across ITAM processes, tools, and routines.
