You will be a key player in planning and executing a diverse portfolio of events, ranging from large-scale external industry trade shows and ESET’s annual global conferences to bespoke gatherings in various locations around the world.

What You Will Do:
•
Event Planning & Coordination: Be actively involved in the full event lifecycle, from planning and budget management to post-event analysis. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly and meet strict deadlines.

Creative & Strategic Input: Contribute creative and conceptual ideas to fulfill the event brief, align with strategic goals, and deliver an exceptional experience for attendees
•
On-Site & Post-Event Support: Play a vital role in ensuring flawless on-site execution by coordinating event staff and suppliers. You will also manage post-event activities, including satisfaction surveys, debriefs, and goal evaluations.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EMPLOYEE
Candidates with education suit the position:

University education (Bachelor’s degree)

University education (Master’s degree)
•
Degree in Marketing/Event management/Project management is welcomed.
Language skills:
English - Upper-intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills:

Min. 3 years experience with event management within a marketing department/agency required
•
Understanding of graphic design and printing processes
•
Understanding of CRM system is a benefit
•
Highly organized

Basic wage component (gross): from 1900 EUR
•
Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
