We are looking for an experienced Engineering Leader to lead and scale engineering across product, platform, integrations, data, and AI initiatives. The role combines technical leadership, people management, architecture, product delivery, and engineering strategy.

What Makes You a Great Fit

10+ years of experience in software engineering, technology leadership, engineering management, or a related field.

Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams across multiple technology domains.

Strong hands-on understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native platforms, and scalable application development.

Experience driving end-to-end product and platform engineering initiatives in high-growth or complex technology environments.

Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, system reliability, security, observability, and performance optimisation.

Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, intelligent automation, or AI-powered product capabilities is highly desirable.
