About the role
Apogee Global RMS is seeking a Program/Project Manager II to support high‑visibility Navy engineering, modernization, and lifecycle initiatives.
This candidate will drive disciplined program execution across planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontract oversight, and technical coordination — ensuring alignment with client processes, milestones, and reporting expectations.
Core Responsibilities
•
Lead program and project management activities across assigned portfolios
•
Manage contract and subcontract performance, deliverables, and vendor coordination
•
Develop and maintain program budgets, schedules, estimates, and progress tracking artifacts
•
Provide full lifecycle program support, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
•
Track spend rates, burn curves, and financial performance against LOE/CPFF task orders
•
Build and maintain POA&Ms, milestone plans, and risk/issue logs
•
Support Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and updates
•
Facilitate technical meetings, capture action items, and deliver status reporting to Government stakeholders
•
Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and technical teams to ensure alignment with SOW and task order requirements
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business from an ABET‑accredited institution
•
10+ years of experience as a Program Manager supporting Navy or related DoD programs
•
Demonstrated experience with:

3.
