We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Program Manager to serve as the operational leader and chief integrator for major workplace and real estate transformation programs, ensuring complex initiatives are governed effectively, delivered efficiently, and aligned with executive priorities.

What you’ll do in the role:
•
Serve as the operational leader and chief integrator for major workplace and real estate transformation programs, coordinating multiple workstreams to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively.
•
Act as the Program Director’s primary partner, translating strategic direction into integrated program plans, governance routines, decision forums, and execution priorities.
•
Maintain disciplined program governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, issue escalation, decision logs, dependency management, and executive-ready performance updates.
•
Drive accountability across business stakeholders, project teams, consultants, and vendors by clarifying ownership, tracking commitments, and ensuring timely follow-through on critical actions.
•
Identify, manage, and escalate program risks, issues, and interdependencies, ensuring leadership has timely visibility into critical decisions, trade-offs, and mitigation plans.
•
Connect strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement across complex, multi-disciplinary programs to support efficient delivery, executive oversight, and measurable business outcomes.

The position’s work location will be 1445 Ross Ave, Dallas, TX 75202 at a future date. The role may begin remotely until the office location becomes available. In-Person interviews will be required for the role.

Benefits
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $108,000 and $147,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
