About the role
We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our Dandenong branch on a permanent full-time basis.
Job Description
As our Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for completing local customer deliveries in a professional, safe and timely manner while supporting warehouse operations as required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, delivering exceptional service and working as part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
•
Completing local deliveries to customers throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area
•
Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently
•
Ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on time
•
Providing exceptional customer service at every delivery point
•
Assisting with picking, packing and dispatch activities when required
•
Supporting general warehouse duties and maintaining a clean work environment
•
Conducting routine vehicle checks and reporting any issues promptly
•
Following company policies, procedures and workplace safety standards
•
Working closely with the branch team to ensure customer expectations are exceede
Qualifications
•
Current Australian driver’s licence (manual licence preferred)
•
Safe driving record and commitment to workplace safety
•
Strong customer service and communication skills
•
Reliable, punctual and well-presented
•
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
•
Previous delivery driving, warehousing or automotive/industrial industry experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
