Job Description
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to support and grow our customer base across Mackay and surrounding areas.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with customers, identify growth opportunities, and work alongside our branch teams to deliver real results.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
•
Act as the main point of contact for account support and enquiries
•
Identify new business, upselling and cross-selling opportunities
•
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets
•
Partner with branch teams to deliver great customer outcomes
•
Conduct regular customer visits and account reviews
•
Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
•
Proven experience in account management or B2B sales
•
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
•
Results-driven with a commercial mindset
•
Well organised and able to manage your time effectively
•
Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools
•
Automotive, truck or parts industry experience is highly regarded
