About the role
Farbman Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial property portfolio. The Property Manager will ensure a portfolio of properties are maintained to high standards, drive tenant satisfaction, and maximize financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.
•
Develop and implement property budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports.
•
Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and repairs are completed promptly.
•
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
•
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns professionally and promptly.
•
Manage lease agreements, renewals, and compliance with lease terms.
•
Assist in marketing vacancies and attracting new tenants.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
