Job Description
Responsibilities
•
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
•
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
•
Process reservations, cancellations, amendments and room allocations.
•
Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
•
Handle guest requests, queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
•
Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to guest emails when required.
•
Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
•
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance and other departments to meet guest requirements.
•
Maintain accurate records and ensure all front office procedures are followed.
•
Handle guest keys/cards and other front office documentation securely.
•
Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional appearance.
•
Ensure confidentiality of guest information at all times.
•
Follow hotel policies, health and safety procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications
•
Minimum School Certificate (SC) or equivalent.
•
Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or Front Office would be an advantage.
•
Previous experience in a hotel or front office environment would be an advantage.
•
Good knowledge of English and French.
•
Basic computer knowledge is required.
