About the role
SAP Upgrade Project Manager (LATAM)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP upgrade****initiatives (e.g., ECC or S/4HANA version upgrades, SPS/FPS, enhancement packs) for existing SAP landscapes. This role focuses on technical and functional****upgrades, not new SAP implementations.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
•
Plan and manage end-to-end SAP upgrade projects, including preparation, execution, testing, and cutover
•
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Basis, Functional, ABAP, Security, Testing) across onshore/offshore models
•
Manage upgrade timelines, risks, dependencies, and change freezes
•
Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive-level updates
•
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, release management, and validation requirements

5+ years of SAP project management experience, with directownershipof SAP upgrades
