Job Description
Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s clients, including card issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, and other participants across the payments ecosystem. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, product innovation, marketing, operations, and economics, VCA helps clients solve critical business challenges and unlock new growth opportunities.
The VCA team in Japan provides consulting and advisory services to leading financial institutions and payments industry participants. We help clients address strategic priorities across growth, business transformation, customer engagement, digital innovation, profitability improvement, and new business development.
What a Director, Business Consulting does at Visa:
We are seeking an experienced Consulting Director to lead consulting engagements for Visa’s clients in Japan.
The Director will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, lead high-impact consulting engagements, identify new business opportunities, and manage project delivery teams to achieve measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong strategic thinking, client leadership, business development, and project delivery capabilities.

Manage cross-functional and cross-regional project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Drive project planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery excellence.
•
Collaborate with Visa product, sales, data science, and regional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
•
Coach and develop team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications
