Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in identifying their commercial real estate needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with their objectives.

Conduct thorough market research and property inspections to evaluate and recommend suitable commercial properties.

Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including negotiations, drafting lease agreements, and coordinating with legal teams.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers to facilitate successful transactions.

Prepare detailed market analysis, reports, and presentations to inform clients about market trends and investment opportunities.

Guide clients on financial considerations, including leasing options, operating costs, and investment returns.

Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
